Zaporizhtransformator OKs dividend of UAH 0.41/share

Zaporizhtransformator (ZATR UK) shareholders voted to distribute 100% of net income, UAH 906.2 mln, as dividends for 2011, according to a press release yesterday. The dividend payout implies DPS of UAH 0.41 and dividend yield of 31.5% (based on last trade in December 2011). Large dividend payouts are typical for the company, which has no significant CapEx program.
