Zaporizhvognetriv’s Shareholders Vote Against Charter Fund Increase

At their AGM yesterday the shareholders of Zaporizhvognetriv (ZPVT: N/R) decided not to increase charter fund. In November, the company announced it would consider increasing its charter fund by at least 95%. The management announced that at its next shareholder meeting in spring there will be an additional share issue on the agenda. The company plans to spend the capital raised to modernize its facilities.
