ZAZ Buys Out its Stake from UkrAvto

According to Ukrainian News, ZAZ (Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant) bought out a 31.7% stake which it had sold to UkrAvto (AVTO: N/R) in April, 2007. Inna Perepelytsya: It is clear that the main owner of ZAZ and UkrAvto Tariel Vasadze is changing the corporate structure of his companies, targeting to create separate production and retail auto-holdings in the mid-term. We expect the company to provide guidance on which particular companies will include the holdings shortly.
