Zhevago Looking To Sell 25% Of Finance & Credit In 2007.

The Head of Finance & Credit Group Konstantin Zhevago, plans to sell up to 25% of the bank for a minimum of $130 mln in the first quarter of 2007. According to the Chairman of Finance & Credit Bank, Vladimir Khlivnuk,  the management still has not decided whether the 25% stake will be sold to a strategic investor or to portfolio investors through an IPO on a foreign exchange.
