Zhevago Pledges 73.1% Stake in Ferrexpo Plc to JPMorgan Chase

Ferrexpo (FXPO LN: HOLD) announced this week that it received notification from Fevamotinico S.a.r.l., which is connected to Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Zhevago, that a charge of 44,326,059 of its ordinary shares (73.1% stake) has been granted in favor of JPMorgan Chase. This replaces the charge of the stake to Deutsche Bank AG from February 2008.
