Zhytomyr Dairy to Increase Ice Cream Production by 20% yoy in 2008

According to Interfax, Zhytomyr Dairy (ZHMZ: BUY) plans to increase ice cream production by 20% yoy to 25 ths mt in 2008. Anna Dudchenko: The announced increase in ice cream production is in line with our expectations. We believe the company will meet our key financial forecasts for 2008: sales of USD 81.7 mln, EBITDA margin of 15% and net margin of 8.2%. We maintain our BUY recommendation on the stock.
