Factorial Bank Boosts Statutory Fund By 64%

At their AGM on March 16, Factorial Bank’s (FKTB) shareholders voted to increase the bank’s statutory fund 64.4% to USD 20.1 mln through an additional share issue. The subscription period will be in two stages from May 16 to June 12, 2007. The ex-rights date is May 16, 2007.
