Finance Ministry sells UAH 754 mln in bonds at April 30 auction

Ukraine’s Finance Ministry announced yesterday that it sold UAH 753.9 mln in local bonds at its auction on April 30. The government placed UAH 565.9 mln in bonds due Oct. 28, 2009 at 19.27% YTM, UAH 149.7 mln in bonds due April 28, 2010 at 19% YTM, UAH 20.0 mln in bonds due Apr. 27, 2011 at 20% YTM, and UAH 18.3 mln in bonds due April 11, 2012 at 20% YTM. That auction brought the government’s proceeds from local bond sales this year to UAH 6.6 bln.
