Forum Bank To Issue USD 100 Mln Eurobonds.

Forum, the 13th largest Ukrainian bank, plans to make its first Eurobond issue in the second half of 2006. The placement is expected to amount to USD 100 mln. Concorde Capital: In addition to the Eurobond issue, Forum also plans to draw a USD 25 mln syndicated loan that will notably increase the share of cheap foreign funds in bank’s resource base. In October 2005, Forum placed a 10% stake with foreign investors. In 2005 Ukrainian banks notably increased their activity in rising funds through Eurobond issues and syndicated loans from foreign financial institutions. Last year Ukrainian banks placed USD 715 mln in Eurobonds at 6.8-9.5%.
