HSBC and Garantibank Establish Offices in Ukraine

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, HSBC Bank and Garantibank International N.V. (the Netherlands) have opened their representative offices in Ukraine. The office of HSBC, headed by James Madsen, was registered with the NBU on April 17, 2008. Garantibank’s office, headed by Oksana Kovtonyuk, was registered on June 13, 2007.
