ING buys Phoenix-Life

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine announced yesterday it has given permission to ING Group to acquire “over a 50% stake” in a small Ukrainian life insurer Phoenix-Life. In May, ING group announced it was in the process of establishing a Ukrainian subsidiary of its ING Insurance company.
