Interpipe Continues Merger Talks With TMK

Interpipe and Russian Tube Metallurgy Company (TMK) are continuing negotiations on merging their assets, said TMK Vice President Vladimir Shmatovich, but a deal is not imminent. According to Shmatovich, discussions might be concluded in the next two weeks – or be postponed until autumn, pending a decision on the valuation of each of the companies.
