Kernel Group majority shareholder buys out minority stakes

According to Interfax, which cited an announcement on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Namsen Ltd (Cyprus), owned by the director of Kernel Group (KER PW) Andriy Verevskiy, acquired 3 ths shares of Kernel Holding SA at PLN 12.3 per share (USD 4.1). At the end of July, Namsen controlled 102 ths shares of Kernel Holding.
