Kernel Holding (KER PW: N/R) posted sales of USD 493.6 mln (+2.2x yoy), EBITDA of USD 76.8 mln (+2.6x yoy) and net income of USD 40.3 mln (+4.1x yoy) in marketing year ending March 31, 2008. In 1Q08, the company boosted net revenues 145% yoy to USD 243 mln, EBITDA 49.3% yoy to 32.4 mln and net income 157% yoy to USD 19.6 mln.
