Kernel secures USD 150 mln credit line for grain trading

Kernel (WSE: KER PW, N/R), a sunflower oil producer and one of the largest grain traders in Ukraine, reported on Friday that it opened a USD 150 mln secured credit line via a syndicate of Natixis, UBS AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG, effective until June 30, 2012. The facility was opened to finance the purchase, storage, transportation and transshipment of agricultural commodities such as corn, barley, rapeseed and soybean.
