Kernel’s statutory fund increases by 0.66% due to option exercise

Kernel (WSE: KER PW) issued 483.41 ths new shares as a result of an option being exercised by a company manager, as part of an incentive program. The statutory fund increased by 0.66% as a result of the issue. The new shares were admitted to trading on February 18.
