Ukraine’s fourth largest power-supply company Kharkivoblenergo posted top-line growth of 14% in 2004 to USD 180.5 mn. Losses fell by 36% to USD 18.6 mn. Concorde Capital: Kharkivoblenergo used an alternative accounting method in 2003 (see our Oblenergo report from 28th Feb for details), and reported revenues of USD 45 mn, while actual sales were USD 158 mn. The company changed its accounting methodology in 2004 and has needed no revenue re-adjustment since.
