Khlibprom prepares to close 3 subsidiaries

Khlibprom (HLPR) reported on Friday that at its April 23 AGM, shareholders would vote on a plan to divest three subsidiary entities: Gaysinsky Bread Plant, Shovkovsky Bread Plant and Podilsky Boroshno. Khlibprom currently includes 14 bread-making plants throughout Ukraine and is a member of the Univeralna Group.
