Kievoblenergo To Pay USD 15.9 Mln In Dividends.

At their recent AGM, the shareholders of AES Kievoblenergo decided to pay out USD 15.9 mln in dividends for 2005. This is 95% of the company?s retained earnings. Concorde Capital: Dividends per share are USD 0.015. Kievoblenergo is a closed JSC, and the stock is not freely traded on the market. Most of the shares are controlled by US-based AES Corporation.
