Kirovohradoblenergo (KION: HOLD) To Issue Bonds

The AGM of regional distribution company Kirovohradoblenergo decided to issue bonds for USD 2.9 mn to finance their current activity. The terms of issue have not yet been defined. Concorde Capital:This is the second Ukrainian utility company controlled by VS Energy to issue bonds. Unlike Khersonoblenergo which was the first company in the sector to issue bonds, but is on the verge of bankruptcy, KION is a stable company. Therefore, the latter is more likely to complete its bond placement.
