Kirovohradoblenergo to direct USD 3.7 mln into dividends

Kirovohradoblenergo (KION: U/R) shareholders decided at their AGM on May 30 to make a UAH 18.5 mln (USD 3.7 mln) dividend payout, 95% of the company’s 2007 net income. DPS is USD 0.03, dividend yield %0.09.
