Kirovohradoblenergo to pay UAH 1.2 mln in dividends

At their AGM on Friday, shareholders of electricity distribution company Kirovohradoblenergo (KION) decided to pay 95% of the company’s net income (or UAH 1.21 mln) as dividends. This implies DPS of UAH 0.010, and a dividend yield of 0.2%.
