Kolomoyskiy acquires 6.9% stake in Ferrexpo

According to a London Stock Exchange announcement yesterday, Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoyskiy acquired a 6.9% stake in Ferrexpo (FXPO LN). Kolomoyskiy holds the stake through Ralkon Commercial, a company in which he controls 100% of the equity. Kolomoyskiy is a key shareholder of the Privat Group.
