Kominmet AGM OKs 19.6% charter fund increase

At their AGM yesterday Kominmet (DMZK: HOLD) shareholders voted to increase the company’s charter fund by 19.6% to USD 15.9 mln via an additional share issue. The company will issue 60,471,556 shares at par, USD 0.05 per share. The subscription will be held in two stages: (I) from November 5 to November 7 and (II) on November 10, 2008.
