Kominmet Approves 24% Additional Share Issue Results

Kominmet (DMZK: U/R) shareholders approved the results of the company’s 24.4% share capital increase to USD 7.9 mln at their AGM yesterday. The company issued about 31.4 mln shares at par. Subscription was conducted in two stages: June 4 to 22 and June 25 to July 2.
