Kominmet approves 24% charter fund increase

Kominmet (DMZK) shareholders yesterday, at their AGM, voted to approve the results of a recent share issue that increased the company’s charter fund by 24% to UAH 95.5 mln. Subscription took place in two stages: from Feb. 16 to 20, and on Feb. 23. The company plans to direct the proceeds to boost working capital.
