Kominmet to Increase Charter Fund by 19.5% in 2008

Shareholders of Kominmet (DMZK: HOLD) will vote on a 19.5% charter fund increase to USD 12.3 mln at their AGM on May 14. Proceeds will be directed at replenishing the company’s working capital. Shareholders will be able to subscribe on a pro-rata basis at a par value, UAH 0.25 per share. Subscription would run from July 14 to 18.
