Komsomolets Donbasa & PES-Energougol vote down dividends

DTEK-controlled Komsomolets Donbasa (UX: SHKD UK) and PES-Energougol (UX: ENUG UK) will not make a dividend payout for 2009, after shareholders of the respective companies voted down the measure at AGMs on Wednesday, according to Interfax. Shareholders instead directed profits into development.
