Komsomolets Donbasa to Issue UAH 816 mln in Local Bonds

Yesterday, Komsomolets Donbasa (SHKD: SELL) announced plans to issue UAH 816 mln (USD 161.6 mln) in local bonds. The company doesn’t disclose other terms of the loan. Proceeds will be spent on capital expenditures and to increase working capital.
