Kovalska Reinforced Concrete Will Begin Preparing for IPO in 2008

Kovalska Reinforced Concrete, Ukraine’s leading producer of construction materials and a major European producer announced plans to conduct an IPO and will begin making preparations in 2008, according to company official Aleksandr Pilipenko (via Interfax). This year the company plans to start production of dry construction mixes in Kyiv, and modernize its road metal mine. Kovalska Reinforced Concrete finished 2006 with a net profit of USD 5.61 mln, up 40.4% yoy.
