Kovelmoloko AGM to examine 93.5% charter fund increase

At their AGM on August 27, Kovelmoloko (KMOL: BUY) shareholders will consider a 93.5% charter fund increase to UAH 284.3 mln (USD 58.6 mln) via an additional share issue, the company announced yesterday. If approved, the company will issue 1,062,757,000 shares at par, UAH 0.25 (USD 0.05) per share.
