Kreditprombank starts negotiations on stake sale

Kreditprombank is engaged in negotiations to sell a stake to a strategic investor, the lender said in a press release (via Ukrainian News), without providing further details. Kreditprombank also said debt restructuring talks were ongoing, the conclusion of which would be a prerequisite for the sale of a portion of the bank.
