Kryukiv Wagon pays dividends of UAH 1.18/share

Kryukiv Wagon (KVBZ UK) shareholders voted to distribute UAH 135 mln (19.8% of the company’s 2011 net income) as dividends at the company’s AGM yesterday. DPS amounts to UAH 1.18/share, 5.4% dividend yield at yesterday’s closing price.
