KSG Agro is close to increase land bank 38% since end-2011

KSG Agro (KSG PW) reported its subsidiaries entered into deals to acquire six agro companies in Crimea and Dnipropetrovsk region with total land under control of 14,000 ha, the company said yesterday. This is the third deal announced by the company in June 2012 – if all the June deals are closed, the company would increase its land bank to 84,000 ha (+38% YTD) and would fulfill almost half of its land bank expansion plan for the year (end-2012 target was 110,000 ha) and fully meet its grain storage growth plan.
