Kulczyk Oil completes drilling of O-15 well

KUB-Gaz, a 70%-owned Ukrainian subsidiary of Kulczyk Oil (KOV PW), completed drilling and cased its new 3,246-meter O-15 well, Kulczyk said on May 21. The drilling logs indicated four potential gas-bearing zones with an aggregate thickness of 23 meters, including 9 meters of the R30c ZONE and 6 meters of the S5 ZONE. The flow tests are expected to begin in early 3Q13.

The S5 zone proved to be gas-bearing during the 4.3 MMcf/d tests of the M-16 well located 13 km to the southeast of the new O-15 WELL.
