Kyiv is allowed to issue UAH 1 bln in local bonds

According a Ministry of Finance announcement yesterday, on September 10 the Ministry gave permission to the city of Kyiv to issue UAH 1 bln (USD 206.2 mln) in local bonds with rates of up to 12.5% for three year-bonds, up to 14% for four-year bonds, and up to 16.5% for five-year bonds.
