Kyiv mulls USD 350 mln Eurobond issue in 2012

The City of Kyiv (CITKIE) is planning a new USD 350 mln Eurobond issue next year, according to an administration official. Proceeds will be partly used to refinance the city’s USD 250 mln Eurobond maturing in November 2012. Kyiv currently has three Eurobonds outstanding for a total of USD 800 mln.
