Kyivenergo fails to hold AGM

The AGM of Kyivenergo (KIEN), scheduled for yesterday, failed to convene. The official reason was that the company’s current registrar, Ukrnaftogaz, lost its license and thus had no right to check in shareholders for the AGM.
