Kyivmedpreparat to raise pill production 31% yoy in 2008

According to Arterium Corporation, its subsidiary Kyivmedpreparat (KMED: N/R) plans to increase pill production 31% yoy to 23.4 mln packages in 2008. The company is targeting to raise capsule output 51% yoy to 2.9 mln packages, increase ointments & gels by 40.9% yoy to 4.6 mln packages, and to decrease bottled medicine production 5.2% yoy to 40.9 mln units. The company doesn’t disclose, whether it’s going to add new products to its portfolio or increase production of existing brands.
