Ukrsibbank’s Vice-President Ernest Galiev announced that the bank’s owners had decided to sell a 51% stake in the bank to France’s BNP Paribas. Ukrsibbank, with total assets of USD 1.74 bln, is the fifth largest Ukrainian bank. Concorde Capital: The purchase price has not been disclosed. Applying the x3 P/B paid by Raiffeisen for 93% stake in Aval to Ukrsibbank’s book value of USD 198 mln, implies a MCap of USD 594 mln for Ukrsibbank.
