Lending & Deposits Keep On Growing.

Bank loans rose by 4.9% in August to $38.8 bn, putting lending growth at 36.9% (up from 34.2% in 8M05). Personal deposits increased by 2.8% to reach $17.8 bn, up 22.6% ytd (down from 43.2% in 8M05).
