Local Bond Auction Scheduled for Today

The Finance Ministry has scheduled another local bond auction for today. It is slated to offer three, four, seven and ten-year tenors. The government’s last auction was held on August 23, but there were no takers at the offered rates: three-year notes – 6.1%, four-year notes – 6.255%, seven-year notes – 5.4% and ten-year notes – 5.1%.
