The Bohdan Automobile Plant (LUAZ: N/R) announced plans yesterday to increase production of Kia automobiles by 25% to more than 20 ths units (40% of planned production for 2007). Bohdan Corporation Vice-President Vladimir Gunchik told journalists that the plant first started production in June of the Kia Cee’d and that he thinks it is the most promising Kia model. The Bohdan Automobile Plant is part of the Bohdan Corporation and was renamed from the Lutsk Automobile Plant earlier this year.
