Luganskteplovoz Recieves USD 50.5 mln Loan.

The loan was disbursed by Ukreksimbank for 23 months at 11.5%. Oha Pankiv: The loan should compensate for the lack of working capital Luganskteplovoz (LTPL: HOLD) has faced while executing Ukrzaliznytsya’s orders.  We expect the company’s production to increase by 11% to USD 95.3 mln in 2005 despite the 28.5% yoy decrease LTPL posted in 1H06. We maintain our previous recommendations for the company.
