Luhanskteplovoz stake transferred by register back to SPF

Luhanskteplovoz (LTPL), in a company filing yesterday, said that 75% of its shares have been transferred from Bryansk Heavy Machinery (Russia), part of Transmashholding, to Ukraine’s State Property Fund. The Economic Court of Luhansk region ruled on September that the privatization of the stake in Luhanskteplovoz in March 2007 to Bryansk Heavy Machinery was illegal. Yegor Samusenko: We stick to our view that the controlling stake in Luhanskteplovoz will remain in Transmashholding’s ownership. The holding still has time to appeal the local court decision before a new privatization auction can take place.
