Mariupol Investment Group Consolidates 66% Stake in UPTK

The Mariupol Investment Group has consolidated 66% of UPTK, the main private shareholder of the Azovmash Holding, which has operating control over Azovzahalmash (AZGM: BUY) and Mariupol Heavy Machinery (MZVM: BUY), following the acquisition of stakes from System Capital Management and Vesprom.
