Megabank AGM gives go ahead to 75% charter fund increase

Megabank (MEGA) shareholders, at their AGM on March 19, gave the OK for a 75% charter fund increase to UAH 350 mln via an additional share issue. Subscription will be held from March 25 to March 31, 2009; subscription price will be set at par value, UAH 1. Megabank is Ukraine’s #49 largest bank by assets as of January 1, 2009 according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
