Megabank March 14 AGM to examine recapitalization program

At their AGM on March 14, Megabank (MEGA) shareholders will look at a program to recapitalize the bank, Megabank announced yesterday without providing further details. As of Jan. 1, 2009, the bank’s charter fund was UAH 200 mln. It was the #49 largest bank in Ukraine by assets as of the beginning of the year, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
