Megabank March 19 AGM to consider 75% charter fund increase

Megabank (MEGA) shareholders, at their AGM on March 19, will consider boosting the bank’s charter fund by 75% to UAH 350 mln via an additional share issue. Subscription would take place at par value, UAH 1 per share, and run from March 25 to 31. Megabank was Ukraine’s #49 largest bank by assets according to the National Bank of Ukraine as of Jan. 1, 2009.
