Megabank plans Eurobond issue in early 2011

Megabank Chairman of the Board Elena Zhukova said yesterday that her bank is planning to issue at least USD 100 mln in Eurobonds in early 2011. Zhukova said the issue’s maturity would be at least three years. Zhukova said Megabank was planning to increase its assets by 7% yoy in 2010 to UAH 3.4 bln and loan portfolio by 14% yoy to UAH 2.6 bln. Megabank was Ukraine’s #48 largest bank by assets, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
